Crysis 3 Remastered on PS4 is an enhanced single‑player version of the 2013 sci‑fi first‑person shooter, developed and published by Crytek. It launched digitally on October 15, 2021 for PS4 and is also PS4 Pro enhanced. You once again play as Prophet in a nanotech super‑suit, returning to a New York City that has been sealed inside a massive Liberty Dome and overgrown into a dense urban rainforest. The remaster keeps the original campaign but upgrades resolution, lighting, and effects compared to the PS3/360 era version, while maintaining the signature sandbox combat that lets you approach each encounter with stealth, raw firepower, or a mix of both. Prophet’s iconic Predator Bow lets you silently take out enemies using electric, explosive, and carbon arrows, and the Nanosuit’s armor and cloak modes give you flexible options across seven large districts. The package focuses purely on the story campaign; it does not restore the old competitive multiplayer suite from the 2013 release.
